By accessing or using Roampicks ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Roampicks is — and is not

Roampicks is an independent editorial travel guide. We do not sell, book, operate, or fulfil any tours, tickets, or experiences. All transactions are made on Klook's platform and are subject exclusively to Klook's own terms, conditions, cancellation policy, and customer support procedures.

Third-party bookings

When you click a "Book on Klook" link, you leave Roampicks and enter Klook's platform. From that point:

• The booking contract is between you and Klook (and, where applicable, the activity operator).
• Pricing, availability, cancellation rights, refunds, booking changes, and customer support are all governed by Klook's policies — not Roampicks.
• Roampicks has no access to your booking details, payment information, or Klook account.
• Roampicks cannot cancel, modify, or issue refunds for any booking.

Accuracy of information

Prices, availability, ratings, and review counts are sourced from Klook's affiliate data feed and reflect conditions at the time of the last data refresh. They may not reflect real-time conditions. Always verify the current price and availability on Klook before making any booking decision.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Roampicks makes no guarantee that any activity will meet your expectations or that information on this Site is free from errors or omissions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roampicks, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from (a) your use of or reliance on information on this Site; (b) any activity booked through Klook or any other third party; or (c) injury, loss, or disappointment experienced during an activity. Use your own judgement when booking experiences, particularly adventure, water, or high-altitude activities.

Site copy and design are © 2026 Roampicks. Activity names, descriptions, ratings, and images are sourced from Klook under the Klook affiliate programme.
