The Ten Drum Culture Village spans approximately 7.5 hectares and comprises 22 old warehouses and sugar factories from the Japanese colonial period, along with large molasses tanks and other spaces. In 2005, Ten Drum took over and re-planned the area, revitalizing the long-abandoned, nearly century-old Rende Cheluqian Sugar Factory, giving it a new look, and allowing the sugar factory to regain its former glory. It incorporates Ten Drum's original Taiwanese drum music and is Asia's first international art village with a drum music theme. The park features various amusement facilities, such as a five-story-high extreme chimney slide, a skywalk overlooking the Chimei Museum, and a sugar crystal freefall ride about seven stories high, earning it the nickname "Adult's Amusement Park." The park is divided into four themes: Drum Music Feast, Cultural and Creative Space, Extreme Experience, and Specialty Dining.
